@Esila2022- : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
You keep asking this & getting responses in diff threads. Please keep to the same thread about the same matter. If there's something you don't understand then ask on further. Don't keep starting new threads.

To obtain the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) for an EE SIM card, follow these steps:
1. **Check EE Account Online:**
- Log in to your EE account online or through the My EE app.
- Navigate to the section related to your SIM settings or security.
- The PUK code may be listed there.
2. **Contact EE Customer Service:**
- Call EE customer service from another phone. The number is typically 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.
- Provide them with your account details and request the PUK code.
3. **Visit an EE Store:**
- Visit a local EE store with a valid ID.
- The store representatives can assist you in retrieving your PUK code.
4. **Check the SIM Card Packaging:**
- Sometimes the PUK code is included in the original packaging or documentation that came with your SIM card.
Always ensure you enter the PUK code correctly. Entering it incorrectly multiple times can permanently lock your SIM card, requiring a replacement.
