Replacement sim

Lost my phone abroad so ordered a replacement sim with my same number, have placed the sim in my spare phone but doesn’t get any service. 

Any suggestions?

You will have to ring customer service to get this activated, but may just want to leave it in your phone and see if it activates automatically by also rebooting the phone. See below how to contact customer service.

The replacement SIM would have been sent to your UK address first. Are you currently in the UK or abroad? Was this a PAYG SIM or pay-monthly?
