Hi just after bit advice got a replacement sim in post when I got home last night,it was because I deleted my eSIM and after googling realised my old SIM card wouldn’t work again.

12hrs later I’ve still not got it working, understand it says could be up to 24 hrs but normally lot quicker.

At moment unable to ring 150 or get to a store so just looking for any ideas in meantime.

@Badhatharry , since you had an ESim which you deleted, did you request a replacement SIM card? I would suggest ringing up customer service, as your old SIM card would have been deactivated when you got the ESim, so probably will not work, you may be able to get it reactivated just by ringing customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Badhatharry  Try restarting the device a few times as it helps the network see the sim

Yeah I’ve tried that a few times now thanks
