Hello, I hope someone can help. I recently ported my number to EE and opened a sim only plan . I then closed my plan as I decided to go on a pay as you go pack. I then experienced no signal and called EE to order a replacement sim which was confirmed to be sent and I have no been left without a sim for almost a week and it hasn’t arrived plus it has my old number attached - can someone urgently help as I can’t order it off EE as my account is closed

When you closed the plan did you advise the agent that you wish to move your number back to pay as you go?
The SIM should have remained active and services moved back to pay as you go.

Hello, yes I advised them that I would be moving back on to payg plus they confirmed a replacement sim would be sent out as they ran through so diagnostics over the phone to establish I had a faulty sim but it's not arrived yet and its the only number I have 😞

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
