Ordered replacement sim card 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Esim not working either. Cannot get through via live chat or on the phone. Any ideas? Or can EE provide me with stamps?

SIM replacement deliveries usually take up to 3 days. Sorry to hear your SIM card has not arrived yet.
As the timescale has passed, you'll need another SIM sent out. I'd recommend contacting Customer Care again to request this.
Alternatively, you can pop into any EE Store with photo ID for a replacement SIM or eSIM
