Hi
My mother has finally been convinced to change her old Nokia for a larger more modern phone. The problem is the Pay As You Go sim in the old phone is too large for the new phone. Can I order a new SIM card that will just replace the old on and slot into the new phone. She has £50 on the existing card so just getting a new SIM is not an option
TIA

Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
