I have been to the local EE shop and they advised me I need a new SIM card and gave me a number, but this does not give any options for replacement SIM cards and doesn't recognise my mobile number (I was an Orange customer)

When texting NUMBER to 150 what network does it say you are on?

Can’t text, says emergency calls only. New Sim on its way now so hopefully this will remedy the problem
