Re old numbers

Moved from bt to ee for a better deal on family sims plan bt did it all for me including moving the numbers all set up now but on my ee account its showing the numbers of the new sims they sent out not my old bt numbers which we have kept how do i change the numbers to my old numbers? Tia

@Ajp1972  Once your numbers port over to EE they will update on your account.  It takes up to 24 hours to port and it doesn’t happen over the weekend.   When did you request the port ?

Hi my sims became active today but the new numbers are still showing on my

@Ajp1972   And are those sims cards showing your ported number or the temporary EE number on your device ?       They should be showing the temporary number that came with a Sim card as your number will not be reported until Tuesday,   The EE SIM cards are not sent out with your BT numbers on them or you would of lost network connection with BT until you got those sims cards as you can not have 2 SIM cards with the same number.

Hl they are showing the number that the sim wld have had if i wasnt porting my number over (if that makes sense) in apple id and on my ee account

Hi @Ajp1972

If you've supplied us with the PAC, the numbers port across and update the next working day. So it's likely to be tomorrow that everything changes over.
