Same here, I am trying to order an eSIM but it won't allow me as it keeps asking for my EE mobile number, I do not have an EE mobile number as I do not have a SIM yet???

Called into an EE store and was told that they sell eSIM but there is an hour wait due to other customers in front of me....seriously ?????

I am currently with Three Mobile and want an EE number for business

Hi @DMR73

Thanks for coming here.

If you would like to order a SIM only eSIM, you would need to place the order on the EE Shop as a new customer and you will have the option to get an eSIM or SIM card.

Thanks.

Leanne.

Tried to, keeps asking me for my EE mobile number.

Hi @DMR73

It should only ask this if you select existing customer and try to log into a My EE account.

Can you visit the Shop page here, and select the plan you would like and no existing number or number transfer request.

Leanne.

I already have a SIM card with Three mobile and want to add a second number for business using an EE eSIM and unable to get one online as it will not allow me to do so without an EE account

Leanne 🙂

I called into my local EE store for one and was told there was over an hour wait due to other customers, called the 0800 number and was told there is a long wait time????

Forget it, will not use EE will use 02

@DMR73  You have to place an order for a sim only contract ( I assume that’s what you want ). Once you receive the SIM card you can then activate that sim within your device then you can request the sim to be changed to the eSim.  You can then put your 3 sim back in your device once the eSim is working within your device.    You need an account first with a number attached via a physical Sim card and to my knowledge you can’t do that straight off the bat with an eSIM request.  At present there is no contract no phone number and no account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
