What happens when you try and activate the eSIM?
Are you downloading the eSIM from your EE app?

Hi Leanne_T
I tried with the QR Code first, after 10-15 mins I got an error saying the Activation Failed.
I then tried through the app and repeatedly got an error saying unable to activate.
I did also ring Customer Services and they are sending another QR Code through the post but I am unsure that it will work if the first one failed

I have just received the esim in the post and it has still failed, it is really frustrating that I cannot use this as I need to now

I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. I recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team again so they can continue with the troubleshooting.
