Hi similar here. Ordered a very expensive SIM card on the 19th of June that never arrived. I phoned EE twice, first time after a month where they told me they can see the order had only just gone through at the time, they assured me it would arrive in a couple of days. It did not so I phoned them again and they hung up on me. I would advise anyone who wants ee to use Lyca instead. I'm getting 5g 145mb download indoors in a spotty area for half the price off EE. If they had sent my SIM in june I would have been locked in for 24 months on their very expensive plan. Glad it never came.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Cameron6991,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear about what has happened with your SIM, and that this was not resolved when you reached out to the team about this. I would recommend getting back in touch with the team, just to ensure that this order was fully cancelled, and that you're not going to be charged for a service you're not getting.
