Hi Chris,
I have tried to get a PAC code via text but each time I get a text back telling me the keyword is wrong.
I have no idea what that means but I am obviously missing something and I don't know what it could be.
I hope you can help me please?
Is there perhaps another way to get a PAC Code and close my account with EE

Good morning XRaySpex (great name)😀
I have sent a text to PAC 65075. I have done this at least three times and each time I get a text back telling me the keyword is wrong! That is the number I have been given by EE and is the only number I have.
As I have no idea what a keyword is I am unable to do anything about it!
I am wondering what else I can do as I need the PAC Code in order to keep my number but EE seems to be very reluctant to supply it.

Can you try getting the PAC if you log in to My EE and go to Menu > Account settings > Leave EE?
