I've done that twice, and the response I get from EE is "The keyword you've given us is wrong, please try again". Looks like I'm going to have to ring 150 - I didn't really want a discussion....hey ho

@sacko : You can't use the PAC text when you have more than 1 no. on your a/c.

sorry for disturbing you but I have just tried the exact thing as you posted you carried out and I got the same response message as you from EE “The keyword you’ve given us is wrong, please try again!”

What actually is EE up to here?

Why this continuous error message?

Sounds extremely suspicious and dubious to me, even I may admit to thinking “Fraudulentactivity with EE!”
