Hi @Chavdaparth 

Thanks for coming to the community. 

You would need to report the SIM as lost to our Mobile guides.

They'll block the current SIM and send you a replacement one with the same number to the account address.

I am sorry to hear you have lost your SIM. 

I would recommend reporting this to our customer care team by calling 07953 966 150 from any landline or provider. 

The team will be able to block your lost SIM and send you a replacement. 

Alternatively, if you have a local EE Store near, you can visit with photo ID.

To report your SIM lost, please contact our Customer Care Team on 07953 966 250.

The team will suspend your account and block your device to avoid any unauthorised usage, and arrange for a replacement SIM card to be sent to you.
