Hi EE support team.

My sim card is not working. My phone is showing ' No Sim/ No Service'.

Yesterday a kind lady from the support team reset my network settings and the sim card worked, but over night it has dropped off again. I've tried reinserting this morning and nothing is happening. I cannot email the team member as google email wants to verify me by sending a number to my phone !!!

Thank you for replying.

No, they didn't,  but I went to my local EE store today and they tested my SIM, confirmed it was faulty and replaced it there and then. All working ok and great service from them.
