I have similar problem.  Transferred to EE from Tesco 24 hours ago and still waiting for my old number to transfer across.

What time on what day did you submit your PAC? Have you received any notification that the port-in is complete?

It should have been actioned the working day after submission, providing this was before 5.30pm.

Still not done 36 hours now
