I requested my eSim QR code yesterday 28th Jan 2023 around 9pm from My EE. I successfully got it setup in my phone although it is still saying as "No Service". I am not sure if I am missing a step or should I contact Customer Service.

Could you try restarting your phone please? If it still isn't working after that, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything from our side.
