Im trying to port my number from o2 to EE using this form: https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile/settings-permissions/keeping-your-number but am getting this error when it asks for my EE mobile number saying:
'Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07.'
But this number is correct and i use it to get SMS confirmations when logging in. Its a working PAYGO Sim with credit although ive not yet made any outbound calls on it.
Im also trying to do this port from abroad although that shouldnt affect this form, surely ?
Any ideas why its not working ? If i try the PORT from my mobile app then it instead complains that the PAC code is invalid when its not and is before the expiry date that i got for it in the SMS.
Thanks for any help !

I'm not aware you can port-in via the myEE app, but all the same.
Try texting PORT to 150.
