Porting issue

I ordered uograded my 3 sims on BT on a family plan and they put me on EE. I want to keep my existing BT mobile numbers and was told they already have the PUK code and tansfer/porting over will take place withing 48hrs. Its now over 4 days and nothing happened. Porting has not taken place and no one call/contact me on my old number. What shall I do?

Hi @Ka1234, welcome to EE.

Sorry to hear that your number porting hasn't gone through yet.
As you are now an EE Pay Monthly customer, you will be able to call the UK and Ireland based call centres, which provide a short waiting time and excellent service - give them a call at 0800 956 6000 to find out why your porting has not gone through yet as they will be able to access all of your account details.

It is possible that, because of Christmas, no one was able to work on your porting yet. If you are expecting a new SIM, then these may be held up in postage by Royal Mail due to their strikes.

Try giving customer service a call and let us know how everything goes,
