Ported from Lebara to EE

I made my EE account but added my temporary EE number as my contact number so as i’ve ported my new number over. I have no access to that temp number. Tried to send a code to my email which works but i cannot get a code sent to my number can someone help please?

You should give websites who want to send you OTP by text message, your ported-in number.

The temporary number is only intended as a short-term solution until replaced by your ported-in number.

Thank you for replying, I know I should of used my number but now when I try to change the contact number I dont receive the texts to my permanent number it’s driving me mad

Given that your temporary number is no more and no longer yours, then companies in question will need to find another way to verify your identity.
