I have ported my lebara number to ee and it's been 4 days still the number hasn't ported . And my lebara sim got no network now so it should be ported by now.

Does your EE SIM card have a signal?

 

Did you complete your port online?

I have ported through the EE store . Basically i went there any buy a new sim contract over there .they asked me if i want port my past number from lebara sim and i said yes . The guy over there then messaged on some number to get pac code from my phone and did the remaining work . After completion of each task he handed over me the sim and told me once my lebara sim's network got shut down i can use this sim and my number must have ported by that time . So after waiting for 4 days the lebara card network got shut down and i inserted this new pin but when i call somebody or message anyone it just shows the new number from ee rather than my ported number .

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check the progress of the number port for you.
