Physical Sim - Phone not allowed

NookieBear1
Explorer

All of a sudden over the past week my phone network hasn’t been connecting. Under physical sim it says unavailable > phone not allowed. If I remover the sim and put in another device it’s fine, if I put another SIM card in my phone it’s fine.

anyone Else experienced this?

Thanks for the extra details @NookieBear1

It may be worth ordering a replacement SIM card either online here, over the phone on 150 or by going into an EE Store with photo ID to see if this works for you. The SIM would have the same number and details.

Where did you purchase the iPhone? @NookieBear1

Speak soon.

Leanne.

I got a new contract via Three in January, the phone is unlocked to any carrier and had been working fine with my EE sim up until over a week ago.

The phone isn’t blacklisted and three have said all is working well, which it is with any other SIM card except my EE one.

EE have said there’s a mast down in my area, which doesn’t ring true if when I travel to any other area it doesn’t get any service either. It’s odd.
