Hello,
I ported my number on Tuesday night from Giffgaff. I got the new phone tonight and put my old sim in it, however the network is still showing as giffgaff , and both my new and old phone are receiving texts. When will it all be moved over to EE?

Hi, that hasn’t worked 😞 it’s getting really annoying it won’t change.
I’ve also just been to Sainsburys and the smart shop app is asking to turn on precise location, I’ve looked how to do this and the app isn’t even showing (neither are lots of others!)
any help is appreciated

Sorted the phone number issue but not the precise location - can’t see this option anywhere

I think it’s an iPhone 13 issue with SmartShop…it doesn’t appear in the apps list
