Afternoon all - I grabbed a new contract with EE the start of last week and provided a PAC code as part of the checkout. SIM arrived Wed and as my phone supports 2 sims I popped it in and the EE one is working if I disable my VF one so I can switch between the two. I assumed as soon as it activated online it would take a day or two and my VF sim would stop working and the number would be on the EE sim but at the moment nothing has happened.
I've tried doing it myself with the form but I get the error others get about checking my PUC code is correct - it is
No idea where to go from here at the moment

Number ports usually go through the next working day, so I think it should have been done by now. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check it and put it through manually, if needed.
