This has been asked many times in this forum, a simple search before posting would have found answers.

Simply go here and read what it says:

If you online route, don't use EE app as it won't show, use EE account through computer.

I do not subscribe, so please do not always expect a reply.

@Stevenkwizera : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
