PUK Code only 7 digits

I need to unblock my sim but the PUK code showing on my account is only 7 digits - the phone will not accept that, says 8 or more are required. Help, please!

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check this manually for you.

Thanks for replying, I have spoken several times to them, they sent a new sim card with a new puk number it  didn't work.  I spoke to them again 3 days ago they promised to send another card it still  hasn't arrived, I did stress I need my phone for medical reasons, they were going to call me today but so far I have heard nothing.

I am sorry to hear this, SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to be delivered.

Hi. Same problem my PUK code (as showing on my online account) is only 7 digits long. Did you find a solution to this?
