hi, i recently got an EE PAYG sim and i want to keep my old number from SMARTY, and when i try to put the PAC in, it shows this. I put the right number and whatever, but it keeps saying this and i dont know why. Can someone please help me asap, thank you.

Yeah that’s a glitch in the system happens quite a lot. Best option would be to ring up if possible and give them you’re PAC code over phone thanks

If you are receiving this error our customer care team will need to process your PAC code for you.
