PAC code

My contract ends on 13th April.  When should I use the PAC code request to change providers as I am confused over the 30 days notice period.

@Heksywelsy : Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap. Then you will not be required to give notice.

Hi @Heksywelsy 

If you text INFO to 85075, you will get a text back with your cancellation information.

If you already have a PAC, you should be able to use it straight away as long as it hasn't expired.
