I have recently swapped over to another network and need a PAC code but I can't text or call due to having no signal and I can't gain one on the my EE app, how can I get one to swap over?

@Tracie1970 Did you give notice to terminate? Has this now been completed? If it has you don’t have a number to move from EE as the contract is terminated. You requested a PAC code before you give notice and up on giving that PAC to the new network this will terminate your EE contract. Your only option is to call EE customer services to see if they can help.
