PAC code -

How do I get a PAC code? Tried all the usual - texting 65075, messaging directly, navigating website. All blind alleys. Ok so they don’t want me to leave, but at this rate I will never use them for anything ever again and tell my story to anyone who will listen. Awful service

If you have more than 1 no. on the same a/c you can't text but need to call CS to get your PAC.

What error are you seeing when you send the text?

If it is that you have more than one number, you'll need to call our customer service guides to request the PAC as @XRaySpeX has mentioned.
