Hi there trying to use my pac code from three to transfer to ee but everytime I enter it says It’s not the right code even after copy and paste and now it’s saying my ee number is wrong anyway on how to fix this?

If the webform is not accepting the details, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call on 150 from the EE SIM, and they can get the number port set up for you.
If you can speak to someone before 5:30pm, it will be transferred tomorrow.

Is the EE SIM up and running with the temporary number already?
When was it you first but the EE SIM in the phone?

Yes the sim is up and running with the number given but when I go to fill out the form to bring my old number over it says the pac code is wrong which is impossible as it’s copy and pasted right from my three app and even typing it in myself still same error

Welcome to the EE Community
Do you remember if you gave your PAC code at the point of sale? As if there already is a port in setup on the number it wont accept it online. If you did setup your transfer at the point of sale, once you connect on the EE SIM for the first time the port in should setup to complete next working day as long as it connected before 6pm.
You can double check if you have a port in progress by giving us a call and if its not already setup one of our guides can take the PAC code and set it up for you.
