PAC code not recognised

Hi,

 

I transferred three BT contracts over to EE on the weekend. The BT adviser gave me three PAC codes for use with our new EE SIM cards. All three PAC codes are not being recognised in the transfer process. Any advice please.

Could the agent you spoke to have already started the transfer process for you? How are you trying to supply your PAC codes?

Yes that appears to be the case. Spoke to BT this morning but wasn’t aware I had to wait up to 48 hours
