Hi I bought my son a new phone for Xmas back in November and requested a PAC code. His contract is currently part of my account. We tried to give his PAC code to the new provider yesterday and it keeps saying the code expires soon and the switching process may not complete in time. I logged into my EE account again and went through the same process but it just gives me the same code?! Can anyone advise please?

If the PAC is valid at time of submission, that is all that matters. They are usually valid for 30days from date of issue, but if submitted to the recipient provider on a weekend or bank holiday, they are treated as submitted on the next working day when they will be actioned.
