@Nazy1 , if it is an EE number, you cannot port to EE, can you give more information what you have done and why you write you need to port your old EE number to new EE?

Did you order a new SIM card and got a new number from EE? You should have ordered a replacement SIM card or did you order a new phone with a new number instead of upgrading?
