Number transfer

My 02 number was supposed to transfer on Wednesday. still not happened so worried I'm paying for both.  Where can I get help

@McRae-Ironside    How did you make the request to transfer your number ?   Personally I would call customer services ASAP to get this resolved or you could be waiting till Wednesday next week before it will be migrated.  Number ports don’t happen over the weekend or bank holidays.
