Number swap

I changed from Vodafone to EE and requested to keep my old number. It’s been more than 24 hours and my number is a new number and not the old one I requested to keep… help!?

@Aab94   Number ports do not happen over the weekend and are not started late Friday.  This will begin on Monday and will be completed by Tuesday.   But as Monday is a bank holiday you might have to wait till Wednesday before completion.
