Im stuck. Ive spoken to EE help and VOXI help, and ive tried porting my number twice! Both EE and VOXI have the same mobile number (ending 931) associated to me on their systems!!

Story :

  1. EE conrtract ended in August
  2. Got a VOXI sim in November
  3. Transferred my number (ending 931) to VOXI which compelted on 9th November
  4. Cant make or recieve calls/ttexts etc on that numbe ron the VOXI sim.
  5. Checked and EE sim and account it still active agains the number i transferred.
  6. VOXI sim shows the temporary VOXI number, but account shoes number ending in 931
  7. Restrid the porting 21st November (see attched)
  8. Still the same issue. EE and VOXI both think they have the number on their systems. (see attched)

No one knows how to fix this! I just want my phone number on my VOXI sim.

I have tried:

  1. Resetting network settings
  2. Porting the number again (using the same PAC code as EE said it hadnt been used)
  3. Tried 2 x different phones (same issue)

Im now paying VOXI and EE for the same phone number!

Anyone gt any ideas???

@adriennefear  if you gave your pac code to voxi and then voxi are ones are not doing this correctly.   EE just release the number when voxi request it by using the pac code.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
