There was some good advice in the previous posts on the thread you'd added to.

Your posts have now been moved to a new thread. Can you receive person-to-person texts from other mobile numbers? Is it only automated texts that are affected? Or only specific senders?

EE-CS should be able to rectify this issue, if you contact them to report it.

Just seems to be my banks and energy randomly!!!it's been escalated and someone is ringing me Friday at 5pm !!! Tried everything else 😞
