No service on iphone

Hi,

My sons iphone is saying no service but was ok this morning. I have asked Google and hes done all the steps it says but its still the same.

What do I do??

@Mickyj93  are you also an EE customer? If you are, do you have a signal on your device? have you tried restarting the device?

When did he get the iPhone and was it from EE.

Is he on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

We have tried everything but still says no service

We got the iPhone last year but it wasn't from EE.

The sim has worked perfect till this afternoon. He on a pay monthly sim.

You've twice mentioned that you've "tried everything" - can you be more specific and describe exactly what you have tried so far?

Restarting, taking sim out, updating, restarting again. 

How can it work fine this morning and now it won't?

If your SIM is on EE then try his SIM in your phone and your SIM in his phone. If both work the SIM is not the problem.

Did you buy the phone from eBay or Facebook?
