Still trying to get a new SIM card to work after getting the new iPhone on Friday 16th September and I tried to set up an eSIM instead of the conventional Sim because I thought it be easier but has I was doing it my old iPhone was locked and it asked for a two factor authentication code and with the iPhone being locked, I was unable to get the code so during the transfer process and the activation of the Esim It told me I had to restart the new phone, so this cancelled my physical old Sim and also didn’t set up the eSIM correctly so I went to store after speaking to technical support to get a new Sim card, but he was unable to get it set up in time before the store was closing, but he said that it will be set up within 22 to 24 hours. That never happened so I spoke to technical support over a few days with same answer that it be done within 24 hours then I went to the store again for another new sim on Tuesday and that’s still not worked so on Thursday I speak to someone and they say they are raising a ticket for the back office team to code my number back to my new SIM card and that will take 48 hours yet I’m here Sunday 25th morning way past 48 hours and still have no service I now don’t know what else or who else to speak to at EE ?

I do yesterday morning and he said it’s complete and will be all working in 24 hours and it’s over that and still nothing I’m at a total lost I don’t know what else I can do I just want either a SIM card to work or the esim to work I can’t cope without service anymore
