I moved over from Vodafone last week, from a pay monthly contract to a sim only EE plan. I followed all steps to activate my eSim through the app and phone settings. My original Vodafone sim has been disabled, my number got moved to EE and since then I have no service, cant make or receive calls or use data to connect to the internet.
I have since been into an EE store, where they gave me a new eSim pack to activate. The problem still persists. It’s like my number got moved and now it’s completely dead.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Please call our tech guides from any other phone and they will get the eSIM looked into for you and let you know what is needed to get this activated 🙂
