No internet access

Since having a new SIM card in November I have been unable to get internet access outside my house. What can I do?

Thanks for coming to the community.

Can you check that mobile data is switched on in your phone settings? I know it sounds obvious but it can be knocked off accidentally.

What model of phone are you using?

Can you also let me know if you have a contract or pay as you go SIM?

Does the phone work on WiFi?
