Ordered a SIM 3 days ago, I was told to wait 24 hours until I was sent an option to use it as an e-sim. I’ve still not received anything. I have a confirmation email of the order.
There seems to be no live chat option for me to talk to anyone from EE. I can’t call as I’m abroard and with no sim.

If you are on contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.
