Hi There,
Over the past few days my iPhone 10 XR has been showing "No Sim Available" and my G Signal cannot be used..
I've tried restarting my phone several times as well as switching airplane mode on and off.. Not working
I followed some basic help from the Apple Support App but that hasn't work either
can anyone help please?
Thanks,

Hi @TomF150.
Thanks for coming to the Community.
A "No SIM" message is usually a sign that either the SIM isn't being detected properly, or the phone is having trouble reading it.
As you've already restarted the phone and tried Airplane Mode, it would be worth checking whether the issue sits with the service or the handset. If you're using a physical SIM, try removing and reinserting it, making sure it's seated correctly in the tray. If you have access to another handset, testing the SIM there can help narrow down where the fault lies.
If the message keeps appearing, our customer support team will be able to take a closer look and help determine what's causing it.
