New sim

Hi I lost my phone yesterday and need a new SIM card! How do I go about getting one?

Welcome to the community.

I recommend following the process on our Lost or stolen mobile phone help page to report it as lost to us. We'll then be able to organise a replacement SIM for you. If it's easier/quicker, you could pop into your nearest EE store for a replacement.
