New phone query

Hi there new to EE got myself a nice new shiny iPhone 14. My old account was with BT. My old number transferred over but when I’m sending texts it’s showing as the number of the new sim? It’s ok when I make calls. Can anyone advise??

@Taggie76   turn off iMessage and FaceTime then restart the device now go to settings/phone and make sure your number is showing correctly. If it is you can now reenable iMessage and FaceTime.
