I currently have an iPhone and mobile account with Tesco.
I am in the process of buying a new iPhone and opening a new EE mobile account getting a SIM card.
When completing the order for the SIM it says "Let's talk numbers" and gives me three options:
Get a new EE number
Deactivate current services and get an EE number
Keep my current number
I want to keep my existing number but not until I get my new phone and EE Sim.
Trouble is; if I select "Keep my current number" it asks me for the PAC code.
I don't want to change my current number though until I have received the new iPhone and the new EE Sim.
I had wanted to request the PAC code from Tesco only once I have everything ready to go with the new stuff.
Not sure what I need to do and any advice would be welcome.

Choose to get a new number, and then both request & subsequently provide your PAC, as & when you are ready.
There is no requirement to provide a PAC at time of ordering, it's purely for convenience.

Excellent.
Thank you for the information. I will now go ahead and make the order.
