New Sim

Hi,

Ive just received a new SIM card after swapping from another network provider. It works perfectly fine, other than constantly coming up with Turn on IMessages notification. I press turn on as I want this feature, but then it says an error has occurred. I’ve tried the usual turning phone off and on again plus turning imessages toggle off for a while but nothing has fixed it. Also I had to resign in to my emails etc which I know other family members didn’t have to do.
any suggestions on how to solve this??
thanks

Hi there @jess444

Thanks for coming to the community.

Could you try the steps in the If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone – Apple Support (UK) page to see if this helps?

Let me know how you get on.

Leanne.
