I recently got a new SIM and I can’t make any calls. I can use data etc but calls don’t work. How can I sort this? I can’t call the support number

Yes I have signal. But when I try to call anyone it just beeps. It also says “last line no longer available” before I try to make the call and asks if i “want to call using your remaining line”

What phone are you using?
Do you receive phone calls?

If you turn off WiFi, do you have service on the phone?
What was the reason for getting a new SIM card? Have you registered it?
