Does all new EE customers get Physical sim cards?

Hi @Tom24061
Welcome to the Community.
All brand new lines will receive a SIM card in the post. It's usually a physical SIM card, though if you have specifically requested an eSIM when placing your order you'll receive a QR code in the post which allows you to install the first eSIM.
Upgrades usually don't come with a new SIM card as all changes are made on the existing SIM card that is in place.
You can have a look at Getting started | EE for further help.
Have you placed an order for a new line with us recently?

It's my first time getting an EE phone. I read online that all new customers get a Physical sim card with their new phones.

Great to hear you have joined us!
Unless you have asked for an eSIM, your new phone will come with a physical SIM card that you will need to use.
Are you looking to transfer your number from another network to your new EE SIM? If so, you can follow the steps on our Transfer your number to EE page

I'm getting an ESim. The iPhone 16 can use ESim and Physical Sims together. (I can switch between the two) That's handy for work and personal use. 👍

That's great. If you've requested an eSIM you should receive a letter in the post which has a QR code.
All you need to do is scan the QR code into your new phone and follow the instructions. 😊
